What's the difference between the two paths?+
Training is us teaching your team on their own work. Training + Building is that plus we embed forward deployed engineers in your business: we rank the roadmap with you, build and manage the solutions, drive adoption, and get your AI policy operational. Most teams who want something running at the end take the second one.
Can we start with Training and add Building later?+
Yes, and plenty do. Training gives you a team that can use the tools. Building gives you workflows doing real work. You can commission the second once the first has landed, and we'll scope it from where your team has actually got to.
What actually happens over three months?+
Week one we baseline how your team uses AI today. Then monthly sessions for the whole team plus office hours, while we build the priority workflow alongside your project owners. At the end we re-measure against the targets set at kickoff.
We're a Copilot shop. Is that what you do?+
Yes, and it's most of our work. We deliver in whatever you've already bought. We work in Claude every day ourselves, so we can show your team what these tools do at the top end, which is usually well beyond what Copilot ships with.
Our data isn't connected to AI yet.+
That's usually the real blocker. In week one we map what AI can and can't reach across SharePoint and your other systems. We'll tell you what we can fix and what your IT team needs to open up.
Why a three-month minimum?+
A one-day session doesn't change how people work. Three months gives us time to baseline, build something the team actually uses, and check it held once we stepped back.
How do you measure it?+
Two numbers. Depth of adoption, read from your vendor dashboard. Time saved, from a two-minute quarterly pulse across the team. Both baselined in week one, with targets agreed at kickoff.
What if you miss the targets?+
You don't pay the full outcome fee. Twenty per cent of our fee settles pro-rata against target, so partial progress pays partially. This applies on Training + Building, where we're in the workflows and can move the number.
How does payment work?+
Forty per cent on signature, forty per cent across delivery, twenty per cent against agreed outcomes. We invoice on your standard terms and go through supplier onboarding and security review as part of setup.
Who owns what you build?+
You get perpetual, unrestricted use as standard. We reuse the underlying methods elsewhere, which is part of what keeps your rate where it is. Exclusive ownership is available on nominated builds at a premium.
Our team isn't technical.+
Good. It's built for commercial teams. If they can use email and a browser, they can do this.
Is this the Bristol AI Shed events thing?+
The events are free and community-run. This is paid work. Same two people behind both.
